Sadio Mane reportedly set to leave Bayern Munich after 12 months
The captain of the Senegalese national team, Sadio Mane could be on his way out of Bayern Munich just 12 months after he made that transfer from Liverpool.
There are several reports that Saudi Arabia professional league side, Al Ahli have opened talks with Sadio Mane for a possible transfer ahead of the new season. According to Fabrizio Romano, the club are looking for a possible reunion with Roberto Firmino and Mane.
The forward player has not hit the ground running with the Bundesliga club since he made the move from Liverpool during the 2022 summer transfer window. According to reports, Mane's outburst with Leroy Sane after the UEFA Champions League game against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium has made him fall out with some players and some sections of the fans.
The Bavarians paid €32 million for the former Liverpool player and he is expected to stay at the club until the summer of 2025. There is nothing confirmed from the side of the player whether he will leave for Saudi Arabia or remain in Germany.
