PSG's President Says Signing Lionel Messi is "Historic" | Watch
President of Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Nasser Al-Khelaifi, addressed the press on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021, after the club announced Lionel Messi. The Argentine signed a two-year deal with the Ligue 1 side with an option to extend by a year. He is expected to earn 25 million pounds a year after tax has been deducted.

Nasser expressed his delight at the signing of the Argentine, whose contract was not renewed by Barcelona, because of the Financial Fair Play rule in Spain.
He also appreciated Messi's team for ensuring they made the Argentine see reasons why he should join his club.
