Chelsea First-team Player Returns Ahead of Borussia Dortmund Clash

Chelsea Football Club have received a huge boost ahead of the second leg of the UEFA Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.

The Blues right-wing back, Reece James will be available for the game against the Bundesliga club on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023. James missed Saturday’s much-needed 1-0 win over Leeds in the Premier League with a tight hamstring, having initially been considered a key doubt for the game.

N’Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic also joined in with Chelsea training on Monday as they are close to their respective returns from injury.

Kante has not played since August 2022 in the game against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. Pulisic was sidelined with a knee problem since early January. Both players are not expected to start against Dortmund.
