The Basement Gig marked its 3rd year anniversary recently, with the release of a compilation album, titled ‘Sounds From The Basement Gig, Vol. 1’ (#SFTBG).
The 15-track project features amazing new and emerging artists such as GoodGirl LA, Ogranya, Attitude, Gbasky, Wilfresh, Boybreed, Alpha Ojini, Dami Oniru, Dapo Tuburna and a host of others. It also includes previously released records "Talo Lomo" by GoodGirl LA, Terri and "4EVAA" by GCL3F, Remy Baggins.
"We wanted to do something different, to impact the careers of the artists, producers, and engineers," says Osagie Osarenz, Founder of The Basement Gig.
The songs on #SFTBG were produced by P.Priime, Syn X, Tempoe, Omeiza, Wondamagik, Sirbastien, Damirore, Quebeat, GCL3F, Skeppafromthe90s, and award-winning producer LeriQ.
Mixed and mastered by Focus Ramon, Leriq, Sirbastien, Syn X, Swaps, Wondamagik, Junimix, Remy Baggins and Alpha Ojini for Focus Audio.
