Nigeria experiences an influx of foreign visitors, particularly during the festive season, often referred to as "Detty December", when every major city in the country pulsates with festivities. The establishment of this state-of-the-art arena holds great promise for Nigeria's tourism industry and overall economic growth.

As a nation, there's a growing need for larger venues to accommodate renowned artists like Cardi B, Future, Roddy Rich, who have already performed in Nigeria. Burna Boy, for instance, successfully sold out the 19,800-capacity Scotiabank Arena.
