Tottenham Striker, Harry Kane, did not show up at the training ground of his English club, Tottenham Hotspur, amidst rumours linking him to rivals Manchester City.
The England striker was supposed to resume work at the start of the week after his summer holidays, which he embarked on immediately after the Euro 2020 competition that England lost to Italy on penalties.
However, the 28-year old goal poacher was reported missing from Hotspur amid rumours of big-money club Manchester City's interest in the prolific forward following the departure of Kun Aguero to Spanish side Barcelona.
According to goal, Kane was due to be back at his club on Monday for a series of tests, including for Covid-19 ahead of his reinteration back to the Tottenham team. However, he was nowhere to be found.
