Xavi Gives Update on Ousmane Dembele's Future at Barcelona

Barcelona's manager, Xavi Hernandez has given an update concerning the future of Ousmane Dembele at the Catalonia club.

Xavi was speaking in a press conference ahead of the league game against Alaves. He sId the situation with the French player is still the same but the player is training very well.

Ousmane Dembele's situation has not changed. He is working well, he is relaxed and calm but he needs to decide his future, he knows how it works.

Barcelona's director of football had earlier in the week confirmed that Dembele will be sold before the end of the January transfer window following his decision not to sign a new deal. Dembele joined Barcelona from Borrusia Dortmund in the summer of 2017 in a transfer fee that made him the joint highest paid player alongside his country man Paul Pogba as at that time.
