Arsenal came into the game in first position, with five points ahead of second-placed Manchester City. Spurs needed a victory to boost their place in the top four.

(1) Bukayo Saka:

The English forward player has been a key part of Arsenal's success this season following his goal contribution. Saka showed his class as he assisted the first goal of the game.

(2) Mikel Arteta's Masterclass:

The Spaniard showed why he emerged as the manager of the month for November/December 2022. He has led the Gunners to a fantastic start from the beginning of this Premier League season and the game against Spurs was not an exception. Arteta has been able to make his team strong in every department from the defensive line to the attack.

(3) Martin Odegaard:

The Gunners' captain has been an influential captain for the league leaders since he was given tye armband by Mikel Arteta.

The Norwegian has been able to hold the midfield for the Gunners since the start of this season and he showed that class with the second goal of the game.

(4) Kane and Son:

The Strength of Tottenham lies on how both players decide to turn out on any match day. This game against Arsenal was a bad day at the office for both players which automatically means a bad day in the office for Spurs.

(5) Title Race:

Arsenal Football Club are on the verge of winning the Premier League title in almost two decades. The win over Spurs extended their lead over Manchester City to eight points, however, they still have to play the Cityzens over two legs.
