The manager of Chelsea Football club, Thomas Tuchel has spoken about Romelu Lukaku's recent poor run of form.

Tuchel was speaking in a press conference ahead of the Blues Premier League's game against Brighton on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022. The German was asked if the team can play to the strength to bring out the best in the Belgian.

We do everything to help. This is absolutely the wrong question. It is not about one player. It is a team sport, it is not about ten players serving one player. This is not Chelsea. This is not football.

Lukaku has failed to score for Chelsea since he found the back of the net in two consecutive league games against Aston Villa and Brighton in December. The Blues will hope the striker finds his scoring boots in their next couple of games.
