Read John Terry's Reaction to Reece James' New Contract

One of Chelsea's legends, John Terry has reacted to the contract extension of Reece James at the Stamford Bridge club.

Terry took to his official Twitter account on Monday, September 5th, 2022 to celebrate the player on his decision to extend his contract at Chelsea. He also took his time to praise his club for deciding to invest in its homegrown players as it is also investing in buying players from other clubs.

The news was confirmed on the official website of the Blues on Monday, September 5th, 2022. According to reports from Stamford Bridge, James signed a six-year deal which is expected to keep him at the club at least until the summer of 2028.

James has been in fantastic form since he broke into the first team of the Blues during the 2020/21 football season. He scored six goals and had 10 assists at the end of that season.
