Kylian Mbappe's future at Paris Saint Germain has been a major tast few seasons as there are rumours that he might be moving to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid had earlier released a statement on its official website to clear the air confirming that it had agreed on a deal with Kylian Mbappe. The Spanish club confirmed that the information going around the media is false.

"Given information in the media about negotiations between the player Kylian Mbappé and our club, Real Madrid state that this information is categorically false. Negotiations have not taken place with a player who belongs to PSG”.

However, the President of the PSG, Nasser Al Khelaifi confirmed that he had not seen the statement released by Real Madrid while speaking in an interview which he had with Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I didn’t see Real Madrid's statement about Mbappé, to be honest, we focus on ourselves not others. Time and time again Kylian delivers, he’s the best player in the world. It’s fantastic to see him driving forward PSG."

He added,

“Kylian continues to achieve great things and maybe people take him for granted, but nobody has played two World Cup finals and even scored a hat-trick. I will say it again, Kylian is the best in the world, and it’s great to see him at the helm of PSG and France. He’s having a positive effect on our young people, helping us to build our future.”

There is a lot of confidence at PSG that Mbappe will sign a new contract and will not leave the club as a free agent.
