Oliver Kahn Speaks on Bayern's Interest in Signing Erling Haaland

Bayer Munich's director, Oliver Kahn, has spoken about the possibility of signing Erling Haaland during the summer transfer window.

Kahn was speaking in an interview with a news outlet in Germany as the window to sign players ahead of the new football season. According to the former Bayern Munich player, the club considering Haaland, but the financial regulations is a big surprise to the club.

Haaland? I don't think we will be doing our job properly if we don't consider such a young striker. He is an excellent striker and a very interesting player for the future. But financial dimensions are beyond our imaginations.

Bayern need a new striker because Robert Lewandowski is reportedly asking for a new deal before his current contract runs out next season ( 2022/23).
