OFFICIAL: Arsenal Confirm the Exit of Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang

Arsenal Football Club have confirmed that Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has left the London club by mutual consent.

Arsenal confirmed the news on its official website on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022. According to the statement from the club, Aubameyang was thanked for his did for the club during his time at the North London club.

Aubameyang fell out of favour with the team's coach, Mikel Arteta following disciplinary action by the former Gunners captain. The Gabonese is expected to be unveiled by Barcelona in the next few days after completeng a move on the final day of the January transfer window on 31st, 2022.

He played for the Gunners for two-and-a-half years playing 163 games and scored 92 goals.
