NBA Superstar, Giannis Antetokounmpo visits Nigeria for the first time

Two-time NBA MVP and Milwaukee Bucks player, Giannis Antetokounmpo stormed Lagos, Nigeria for the first time in his life.
The NBA star was spotted in the Yaba part of Lagos, on Friday, July 28, 2023, to develop the sport. Giannis Antetokounmpo was seen talking to aspiring basketball players. He also engaged them on the court at Rowe Park in Yaba, Lagos State Nigeria.
Another NBA MVP born in Lagos Nigeria, Hakeem Olajuwon was discovered in Rowe Park. According to reports, Giannis was in Nigeria for the Youth Alive Basketball Championship and participated in court activities with the Kids.
Antetokounmpo has always shown off his Nigerian heritage, often proudly proclaiming his name ‘Adetokunbo’ to the press and media back in the USA.
