Manchester United reportedly set to decide on Jadon Sancho's future

The love story between Manchester United and Jadon Sancho could be coming to an end sooner than anyone expected.

The problem started when Jadon Sancho and Erik Ten Hag went out at each other after the game between Arsenal and Manchester United. The midfielder has been training away from United's first-team squad for more than six weeks since being exiled by boss Ten Hag for effectively calling him a liar in public.

Ten Hag confirmed after the game against the Gunners that Sancho was left out of the squad for United's 3-1 defeat at Arsenal on September 3, 2023, because of his poor training performances that week.

Sancho took to social media to debunk his manager's words, a post which he took down some days later. Some of the top players at Manchester United have urged Sancho to apologise to the manager but these pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

However, there are reports from the club that the 23-year-old could be offloaded from the club when the 2024 January transfer window opens.
