Manchester United Releases Statement Concerning Mason Greenwood | Read
Manchester United have released a statement as it concerns Mason Greenwood's alleged physical assault on a woman presumed to be his ex-girlfriend.

The allegations on Greenwood had pictures and videos of the assaulted woman released on Instagram on Sunday, January 30th, 2022. The pictures and videos had since been deleted from the social media platform.
Manchester United released a statement that was confirmed on the website Sky Sports News. According to reports from the statement, Greenwood will not be allowed to train or play with the team until further notice.
We are aware of the images and allegations circulating on social media. We will not make any further comments until the facts have been established. Manchester United does not condone violence of any kind.
Greenwood joined Manchester United in 2019 and has played 129 games for the Red Devils. Greenwood has not spoken about the current situation.
