Juventus Reportedly Set to Sign a Replacement for Paul Pogba
Juventus Football Club are reportedly set to find a suitable replacement for their latest signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United.
LUIS SUAREZ RETURNS TO HIS FORMER CLUB
The French midfielder joined the Old Ladies on a free transfer from Old Trafford, he signed a four-year deal which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2026. However, Pogba suffered an injury while on preseason training with the Serie A club which will keep him out of action for a couple a don'ths.
Juventus confirmed the news on its official website earlier in the week that Pogba will be subject to radiological investigations.
Following the pain reported in his right knee, Paul Pogba was subjected to radiological investigations which revealed a lesion of the lateral meniscus. In the next few hours, he will undergo a specialist orthopaedic consultation.
There have been reports from Mirror Football that the Turin club are looking at the possibility of signing Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid. The midfielder was on loan to Premier League side, Chelsea Football Club during the January transfer window but he failed to have enough game time during his time at the club.
