Jurgen Klopp Gives Update on Liverpool Injury Concerns

The manager of Liverpool Foot Club, Jurgen Klopp, has given an update on the current injury crisis that is rocking his team.

The German was speaking at a press conference ahead of the Reds next Premier League game against Newcastle United. According to Klopp, Diogo Jota is expected to return to training on Thursday( August 30th, 2022), just a day after the game against the Magpies.

Jota can train from Thursday, Thiago slightly later. Ramsay is closer, and Kelleher is walking outside for GK training, so yeah light at the end of the tunnel.

Liverpool have not started the season on a high standard after just picking five points in the available 12 points to them. The Merseyside club drew its opening two games against Fulham and Crystal Palace, then suffered a defeat against Manchester United at Old Trafford before thrashing Bournemouth 9-0.
