Julian Alvarez breaks silence on his future at Manchester City

Manchester City forward player, Julian Alvarez has been linked with various clubs following his lack of playing time at the Premier League Champions since he joined them during the 2022/23 season.

The Argentine international has cleared the air about his future ahead of the new football season. According to Julian Alvarez, he is very happy about his status at Manchester City but he is ready to see what happen.

He was speaking in an interview after the friendly game against Ecuador ahead of the 2024 Copa America. The South American has been linked some of the top clubs in Europe with Chelsea and Paris Saint-German being the top clubs in the conversation.

He said,

"I am calm, I feel good and I'm happy at Manchester City and we will see what happens."

Manchester City are not planning to accept any loan proposal for Julián Álvarez this summer. He wants to play more and the club has been informed by Álvarez’s camp that, City still want to keep Julián. Paris Saint-Germain approached Álvarez agent in recent days.

The forward player is the only player in football history to currently wear the World Champions badge for both club and country.
