John Terry reveals how Mason Mount's relationship with Chelsea ended

One of Chelsea's legends, John Terry has made a shocking revelation about the reason why Mason Mount decided to leave Stamford Bridge.

The former captain of the Blues was speaking in an interview which was reported by Simon Phillips in the late hours of Friday, September 8, 2023. According to John Terry , there is always two sides to a story and he is aware of what transipred between Chelsea and Mason Mount.

"Mase is proper Chels through and though. There always two sides to a story and i know the other side to it. I’m not going to air that tonight but there’s another side to the story. Let’s not be too harsh on Mason when he comes back.”

Mount decided to leave Chelsea after he failed to agree on a new deal with the Blues. Reports from the club suggested that the midfielder was not pleased with the number of years and the fee that Chelsea wanted to pay him hence the reason he decided to join Manchester United.

He signed a long-term contract with the Red Devils which is expected to see him stay at Old Trafford at least until 2028 with an option to extend until 2029.
