Erik Ten Hag speaks tough ahead of Bayern Munich clash

Manchester United host Bayern Munich in one of the most important games of the club's 2023/24 season in the UEFA Champions League.

The Red Devils need to beat the Bavarians ahead of the game which will be played at Old Trafford on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Manchester United need a win to stand any chance for qualification to the next round of the competition.

The manager of the club, Erik Ten Hag has been speaking tough ahead of the game. He asked for support from the home fans when the team play under the floodlights at Old Trafford.

"Old Trafford is not a nice play to come for an opponent… as long as I am here we are here together. We have to energise them."

Manchester United are currently bottom of Group A, they need to beat Bayern while hoping that the other fixture in the group, FC Copenhagen vs Galatasaray, end in a draw. If both games ends in any other scenario, this means United will be knocked out of the competition.
