"For me, Mount was one of the most attractive young players in the Premier League going out of contract with one year left.It was a great opportunity for us to sign a very good 24-year-old player."

Mount completed his £55m transfer from Chelsea to Manchester United which made him Erik ten Hag's first summer signing, He signed a five-year deal with the club which will keep him at the club until at least 2028 with an option to extend by a year.
