Ronaldo beat Manchester City's Joao Cancelo, Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger, Newcastle's Allan Saint-Maximin, Watford's Ismaila Sarr and Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.
This is the fifth time Ronaldo is winning the award during both spells at Manchester United.
