The board of Chelsea Football Club have reportedly taken a decision on the future of its maestro midfielder, N'Golo Kante.

The reports from Stamford Bridge has it that the board of club are not interested in renewing Kante'a contract. Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed this in a video on his official Youtube page on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022.

Chelsea are looking to build a future at the club with young players and Kante is not in the plans of the board. However, the 31-year-old might stay at the club at the end of the season but this is dependent on if Graham Potter wants him to stay back at the club.

Kante joined Chelsea from Leicester City in the summer of 2016. He was a key part of the team that won the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
