Arsenal Submit a Second Whooping Bid For Declan Rice

Arsenal Football Club have submitted a huge bid for the captain of West Ham United, Declan Rice.

The Gunners have reportedly set to make their second bid for of £90 million which is £75m + £15m add-ons. There are reports that the Hammers will reject the offer from their London rivals.

The wages of Rice is not expected to be a problem as Rice is expected to become one of the both parties have reached an agreement. He is expected to be highest paid players at Arsenal as he is expected to earn £200,000-per-week.

The Gunners have made Rice their No 1 target and have already seen an offer of £80m plus and extra £10m in add-ons rejected by West Ham. Manchester City are also keeping a close eye on the deal in case Arsenal fails to sign the midfielder.
