Anthony Joshua Earns Big Despite Losing to Oleksandr Usyk

Both fighters are expected to make a lot of money from the fight no matter who won the fight. Joshua and Usyk are the second and fourth-ranked fighters in the heavyweight division. Joshua is expected to earn £10 million despite losing to Usyk.

According to the Totalsportal, the Brit might make more than that if the pay-per-view reaches around 450,000 in the United Kingdom, then he could make £15 million.

Usyk will take home at least £3 million after his victory against Joshua. This is the biggest payday of his career. He could make at least an extra £1 million if the pay-per-view reaches 450,000. His previous payday was reportedly to be $2.5 million after his unanimous decision victory over Dereck Chisora in October 2020.

There is expected to be a rematch between the duo and the winner will face either Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder. Usyk is currently the WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO World Heavyweight Champion.
