Algeria announces squad of 27 players ready to compete for glory in AFCON 2023
Algeria has named an all-star side that will compete at AFCON 2023 scheduled to kick off in January 2024.
The Foxes' head coach, Djamel Belmadi has named a side which will be captained by Riyad Mahrez will be looking to win the title once again after their historic victory at AFCON 2019 where Algeria defeated Senegal in the finals of the competition.
Algeria will be in group D alongside Angola, Burkina Faso, and Mauritania.
