Popular Nigerian singer Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, better known as Zlatan, has emerged victorious in a $10,000 (N14,500,000) bet against Nigerian music executive Solomon Soberekon.

The two had wagered on the outcome of the match between England and Spain, with Zlatan correctly predicting Spain's win.

Meanwhile, a viral video shows the moment the bet was placed, with both parties handing over $10,000 to dancer Poco Lee as collateral. Unfortunately, Soberekon lost the bet as Spain emerged victorious, thanks to goals from Nico Williams and Cole Palmer.
