Nigerian ace singer, songwriter, and performer Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has inked his name in history once again with his recent feat in the United States.

The award-winning singer, who was recently in the news after his shocking comment about the state of hip-hop and his attack on Nigerian rappers, continues to captain the "Afrobeats to the World" ship.

Expected to headline a show at the 80,000-capacity London Stadium in 2023, the Afrobeats superstar added another feather to his cap after he became the first Nigerian artiste to score a diamond certification in the United States.

Wizkid featured as a guest on Canadian heavyweight rapper and singer Drake's "One Dance," which has now sold over ten million units in the United States.
