Rihanna unveils release date for Fenty X Puma sneakers

Six years after its launch, Rihanna's Fenty is taking a huge step in sportswear.

International Barbadian singer Robyn Rihanna Fenty, a songwriter, businesswoman, and actress known for her distinctive and versatile voice alongside her elegant and fashionable appearance, took to her X page to announce the release date of the new FentyPuma collaboration King Avanti sneaker, which is slated for release and worldwide delivery on September 15, 2023.

Fenty, a beauty and cosmetics brand by Rihanna, was launched on September 8, 2017. Famous for its broad inclusivity across various skin tones, has partnered with PUMA a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories, to create much anticipated world-class KING AVANTI KING-themed sneakers.

The FENTY x PUMA Avanti is a fashion take on the football trend with buttery soft vintage leather, a fold-over tongue with a debossed and printed gold-foil FENTY and PUMA CAT logo. With a gum outsole and leather footbed, the details of the Avanti nod to PUMA's deep history and heritage in football.

This news has met a good place in the hearts of fans as the three-year collaborative effort that debuted in 2014 is finally coming to life.
