The Afrobeat act urged young African people to ignore gambling, as it is already a lost war.
Nigerian Afrobeat singer Oluseun Anikulapo Kuti, popularly known as Seun Kuti, has aired his opinion on gambling and how it ruins the African system.
The highly vocal activist and social commentator, who starred in a Nollywood movie titled "No Man's Land," which is expected to be released this year, gave his thoughts on gambling and why African youths should steer away from him.
The highly Afrocentric Seun, who is the youngest son of the famous Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, in one of his videos to sensitize African people, made it known that gambling is a white man's business, which has already been rigged in order to steal the little Africa has through false hopes.
According to the father of one, he prefers that an African youth engage in cybercrime rather than gambling because the former is still under control, unlike the latter. He said:
...Do the one wey be say you are in control. I prefer yahoo yahoo to gamblimg. I swear. Do Yahoo Yahoo. Do Yahoo Yahoo rather than this gambling shit...
