Phyno, whose real name is Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He is known for creating a unique blend of Igbo language and contemporary music styles. Born on October 9, 1986, in Enugu, Nigeria, Phyno gained popularity in the Nigerian music scene due to his distinctive rap style and strong cultural influence.

The award-winning rapper took to social media to quote a post that mentioned the possibility of the rapper releasing an album in 2024.
