British-Ghanaian Producer Jae5 Reveals What He Charges For A Beat | SEE
The award-winning Ghanaian producer has made known what he charges to make a beat.
British-Ghanaian prolific record producer and mixing engineer, Jonathan Kweku Awote-Mensah, popularly known as Jae5, has revealed how much he charges per beat.
The award-winning producer, who over the years has worked with heavyweights like Burna Boy, J Hus, Skepta, Dave, Rema, Koffee, NSG, and a slew of others, gave the public some personal information about how much it costs to work with him.
Taking to his Twitter page today, June 18th, 2022, Jae5 made it known that his production charges start from £25,000 (about 12 million Naira), adding that he only charges NSG for less because the group is family to him.

It’s £25,000 for a beat from me, do not not book a session with me knowing full well you can’t afford the price it’s a disrespect! And if u try reproduce my thing my lawyer will sue u for your little £10 earnings behave yourself. Only ppl who pay under 10 are NSG AND THATS BLOOD.

The producer went on to state that all the money doesn't go to him, as he also pays the instrumentalists who work on the beats with him, hence the reason why he charges that high.
