Falz and Simi are finally on their way to give us another Chemistry.

Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and actor Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, talked in a conversation with Tacha on the Cool FM Friday show about his working relationship with renowned Nigerian singer Simisola Bolatito Kosoko popularly known as Simi.

Falz revealed that he and Simi still maintain a very good musical relationship. This came after he was asked if he and the female singer were still in contact based on the fact that their last collaboration was 7 years ago. Falz said, "Simi is my gee, my gee-gee".

The duo jointly released Chemistry, a collaborative extended play (EP), back on October 27, 2016, by Bahd Guys Records and X3M Music. Upon its release, Chemistry was met with cheerful reviews from fans of both artists and mainstream music critics. Respected music critic Joey Akan of Pulse Nigeria highlighted the marketing aspect of the project, stating that the duo "capitalized on the very sentiments of the public to create a product that can be sold for value".

When asked if there's any expected collaboration, Falz stated, "We make great music together and I've said to her quite recently that we need to pull it back so hopefully brand new Falz and Simi soon."
