Davido Speaks On Wizkid FC and His 'Timeless' Album Leak
The afrobeats superstar spoke on the unending rift between his fans and Wizkid's fans.
Heavyweight Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up on the unexpected leak of his timeless album a few days before the actual release date.
Davido, who is currently the talk of the town after he released his highly anticipated studio album titled 'Timeless', on March 31, 2023, has continued to dominate the music scene - locally and internationally - with his fourth studio album.
Speaking in an interview with BBC, the singer recalled how he spoke to one of the coordinators of his fan base against fighting his counterpart Wizkid's fanbase as he would love to have a smooth release for his album.
The DMW frontline act and owner went on to narrate that his fanbase went on to fight Wizkid's fanbase which eventually resulted in a messy leak of his album two days before the release date.

Davido went on to clarify that he is on good terms with Wizkid and also added that although the fans might have a role they play in making things messy, they also play a vital role in ensuring artistes continue to grow in their career path.
