Davido Signs 1st Female Artiste, Liya, To DMW & She's Dope!

Davido has signed the first female act, Liya to Davido Music Worldwide, DMW and this is the first time in the history of the label to house a female artiste.

Davido had tweeted earlier today, 2nd of October that he will be signing his first female artiste and although he did not give out a name, he later shared Liya's Instagram page on his instastory asking fans to "out this space..."

Checking out Lisa's page, we found a connection between that the manager, VanzyVanz and DMW artiste, Dremo, and not long after this speculation, which was what it was at first, Davido shared a photo of himself on his Instastory, tagging Liya who was also in his private jet with him and her manager, Vanzyvanz.

The young artiste and newly signed DMW first lady reposted Davido's story with "God bless you" which was followed by series of instastories of congratulations, even from Davido's fiancee, Chioma popularly referred to as Chef Chi on Instagram.

Although Davido is yet to make the official announcement, congratulations are in order to the latest DMW artiste whose life will definitely change through this record deal.
