D Smoke Is In Lagos And These Are The Naija Artistes He's Working With

Grammy-nominated rapper, D Smoke is currently in Lagos and he has been getting busy meeting and working on new music with some top naija artistes.

D Smoke x Phyno x Don Jazzy x Falz

He has also been busy going on media rounds and getting familiar with the Nigerian culture and environment. Below are some of the artistes he has worked with while in Nigeria.

1. Don Jazzy & Ladipoe

On the 6th of February 2021, Mavins Records boss, Don Jazzy shared some photos on his Instagram page which included Nigerian recording artiste, Ladipoe and D Smoke. Don Jazzy via his IG post revealed Ladipoe, D Smoke and himself had worked on a new tune. He wrote;

“Good vibes in the studio last night with amazing people. Mavin is always open to y’all anytime. @dsmoke7@jentrysalvatore @missadesanya @ladipoe”

2. Falz

On the 5th of February 2021, Nigerian recording artiste, Falz uploaded a photo of himself and D Smoke. Falz via his IG caption revealed he had linked up with the rapper and they created a fire jam. He wrote;

“Linked up with the homie @dsmoke7 & we cooked up some real 🔥 last night! Shiiii 🚨🎙”

3. Phyno, Reminisce and Fireboy DML

On 4th February 2021, a video clip of D Smoke’s interview session with The Beat 99.9 Fm was uploaded on. He talked about what his recording session with Nigerian recording artistes, Phyno, Reminisce and Fireboy DML looked like and how he was excited to hear Phyno rap in his native igbo dialect.

4. Cheque

A photo of D Smoke and Cheque together surfaced online, but there is no official information about both artistes working on a new song as of the time of this report.
