Burna Boy's 'Last Last' certified diamond in France


Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has added another remarkable achievement to his illustrious career as his 2022 hit single, ‘Last Last’, became certified Diamond in France.

According to Chart Data, the unofficial song of the summer of 2022 became certified diamond in France by the French music trade body, the National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing (SNEP), which tracks music sales in the European country. In January, the single sold over 1 million units in the U.S., making the track eligible for platinum certification.

Burna Boy took to Twitter to celebrate this milestone. 'Last Last' held a prominent position as one of the leading tracks on Burna Boy's sixth album, 'Love, Damini', which he released in 2022. This significant feat can be added to Burna Boys' other certifications which include

His 2023 album 'I Told Them' recently surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify. Burna Boy has also been in the media over his recent rant on Twitter where offered the Nigerian bloggers money to stop reporting him. The African giant also lost Best Afrobeats at the now cancelled MTV EMA Awards.
