BTS Become The First Group In History To Achieve This At VMAs 2022

Influential group BTS became the first group in history to break a record and set a new feat in the recently concluded MTV VMA 2022.

Multiple award-winning group Bangtan Sonyeondan, also known as BTS, set a new record in the music industry as the seven talented men became the first and the only group in history to win the Best Group Of The Year at the recently concluded MTV Video Music Awards, held in the early hours of Monday, August 29, 2022.

BTS picked up their 4th MTV VMA award for the Group Of The Year 2022 and became the first and the only group in the history of the award ceremony to win the award four times. This also takes their tally at the VMAs to 11 awards in total.

BTS has won a total of 65 awards across all the American award shows.
