The verbal exchange which involved a plate of rice took place following Bella’s insistence on having beef with her portion of rice which Rachel had prepared for the housemates. The rice had come with the serving option of either beef or chicken. Bella had then demanded to have one of the three available pieces of beef, as she doesn’t like chicken. She’d eventually insisted to the point where she mentioned that if she couldn’t get beef, she’d rather have nothing, so Rachel had complied. Sheggz however wasn’t pleased with Bella having to insist on getting beef before having her protein switched and thought Rachel was mean, mentioning that she knew Bella doesn’t eat chicken and wasn’t fair in her treatment of the latter. Sheggz had in the process of expressing his displeasure called Rachel and her actions stupid.

This had angered Rachel who in turn said that having eaten food made by her, he was cursing himself, adding that contrary to his words, it’s his generation that’s stupid. The exchange had gotten wild at this point and attracted Bella’s attention who in a bid to diffuse the situation and calm Sheggz down, lost her temper and poured her plate of rice all over the dinning table while impatiently trying to give it to Rachel as a means of quieting her.
