Rich Mavoko Drops New Album 'Fundi'
Tanzania's Rich Mavoko has just dropped a brand new album titled Fundi, in his quest to prove that he deserves the self-proclaimed title as Messi Of Bongo Fleva.
Rich mavoko who is very famous in Tanzania for chart-topping hits such as Kokoro and Sheri drops the highly anticipated project after throwing a lavish album listening party moments ago which was attended by heavyweight artists from Tanzania such as Ali Kiba, Dayna Nyange, Nay Wa Mitego, and Fid Q.
The 16 track album features collaborations from Fid Q and Saraphina from Tanzania, Masauti, Nviiri The Storyteller, Ssaru and H_art The Band from Kenya, and Big Zulu from South Africa while Abydady who is one of the well-known producers in Tanzania is credited for producing a lot of tracks in this masterpiece.
Fundi is a Swahili word meaning a specialist or a person who is an expert of something and in this love-themed album, Rich Mavoko finally establishes himself as an album artist after reigning as an expert of dropping successful singles since his debut 12 years ago.
Rich Mavoko began hyping up Fundi around a week ago as he originally announced that the album would arrive on March 18th but he postponed it to the 24th of March 2022.

This is the first album from the former WCB signee and is the second proper studio effort from the artist who dropped his EP titled Rich Mavoko Minitape in August 2020 which contained hit songs such as Niwahi, Wamoto and Silimisha which were critically acclaimed.
