Popular rapper Blaqbonez has filed a lawsuit against Odumodublvck in a new revelation.

According to media outlet Albumtalks, Blaqbonez has initiated legal proceedings against fellow rapper Odumodublvck (Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu), seeking ₦2 billion in general damages over alleged defamation, harassment, threats and reputational harm.

According to a legal memorandum dated July 7, 2026, Blaqbonez's lawyers, Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, accuse Odumodublvck of engaging in a sustained campaign of defamatory online publications, harassment, intimidation, threats and conduct that allegedly damaged the rapper's reputation and commercial interests.

The legal document states:

"Our Client has suffered and continues to suffer significant loss and damage as a direct consequence of your unlawful conduct."

The suit further alleges that Odumodublvck repeatedly published or amplified statements referring to Blaqbonez as a "sexual abuser" and "sexual abusing bastard," claims which Blaqbonez's legal team describes as false, malicious and defamatory.

In the filing, Blaqbonez is asking the court to declare the publications defamatory and to issue several orders against Odumodublvck, including:

  • A perpetual injunction preventing him from making or encouraging further defamatory publications or threats.
  • The immediate deletion of all alleged offending posts and related content across his social media platforms.
  • A public retraction and apology to be published on his verified social media accounts and pinned for at least 30 consecutive days.
  • A public notice directing his supporters to refrain from harassing or intimidating Blaqbonez.
  • ₦2 billion in general damages for injury to Blaqbonez's reputation, goodwill and commercial standing.
  • An additional ₦500 million in aggravated damages, citing the alleged repeated and malicious nature of the publications.
  • ₦50 million as the cost of the legal action, alongside any further relief the court may deem appropriate.

The memorandum also references allegations of harassment, assault, battery, unlawful interference and threats to Blaqbonez's safety, claims that are yet to be tested in court.

At the time of publication, Odumodublvck has not publicly responded to the legal claims. The allegations contained in the court filing represent Blaqbonez's position, and the matter remains before the courts.
