Nigerian songstress, Tiwa Savage has revealed a touching encounter with fellow artist Olamide, showcasing his generosity and support for female artists in the music industry.

According to Tiwa Savage, she was willing to pay ₦100 million for a verse from Olamide on her song, but his management had already billed her.

However, when Olamide discovered the artist in question was Tiwa Savage, he refused to accept the payment. He cited their close relationship and his understanding of the challenges female artists face in the industry.

Instead, Olamide graciously provided the verse for free, demonstrating his kind and helpful nature. Also, Tiwa Savage expressed her gratitude for Olamide's selfless act. Additionally, she acknowledged that there are still decent people in the music industry.

So, in her words, “I was talking to his management, I didn’t want to talk to him directly cus he would want to do it for free. Spoke to his team and they charged N100m. I was willing to pay. When Olamide asked them who the artiste was, they said me and he just said NO. He won’t take it."

"He said I am his sister and he knows how difficult it is to make it in the industry as a woman. That’s how he denied and guess what? He gave me the verse for Free. Good people exist and Baddo is one,” She added.

Meanwhile, this heartwarming encounter comes as Tiwa Savage and Olamide have recently collaborated on the new song Commona.

Lastly, the story has warmed the hearts of fans and fellow artists alike.
