Kylian Mbappe Clears the Air on the Letter He Wrote to PSG

Paris Saint-Germain supporters might not get to see their golden boy Kylian Mbappe, play in their jersey again as his era seems to have come to an end.

Mbappe wrote a letter telling the club's board that he would not be executing the option to extend his contract for a further year at the end of next season. It has been reported that there is confusion in the club as they have to race against time in ensuring that he does not leave as a free agent.

Mbappe cleared the air in an interview with AFP that he never told PSG that he will sign the contract extension.

PSG has been informed since July 15, 2022, of my decision not to extend beyond 2024, and the letter that was sent only served to confirm what I had already told them.

The next couple of days will be busy as Real Madrid are reportedly ready to submit their first official bid for Mbappe.
