Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has revealed what he really thinks of the club's record signing Antony and how he plays for the Red Devils.
Scholes was very vocal on what he thought of the style of play of the newly signed star from Ajax Antony, who has been off to a shaky start at the red devils.
According to Goal.com Antony's style of play had been called out by the legendary midfielder who had described it as :
Antony on the other side as well, he doesn't run in behind. He seems to be a bit of a one-trick pony. He's always cutting inside and either passing back to the full-back or having a shot. You're thinking he needs to develop a little bit. It's still early days for him, we know that.”
Manchester United's form has been shaky since the start of the 2022/2023 club football season and from all indications, the record signing has not made his impact at the side even though he has scored two goals in the premier league.
