Fans React To Annual 'Wizkid Day' Celebrated In State Of Minnesota, USA

The fans are celebrating the annual Wizkid Day declared by the state of Minnesota since 2018.

Nigerian award-winning singer, songwriter, and performer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, is currently the talk of the town as fans celebrate the annual Wizkid Day in the state of Minnesota.

On October 6th, 2018, Wizkid became the first African artist to sell out the Skyway Theatre in Minneapolis. To honor the Grammy-nominated act for his achievements in music and as a cultural influencer, the Governor of the State, Mark Dayton, in a sealed and stamped document, declared October 6th as the State's annual Wizkid Day.

Four years down the line, fans are still celebrating to this day, and today, Thursday October 6th, 2022, was no exception, as fans took to their social media pages to celebrate Big Wiz's day, making him one of the trending topics on Twitter.
