Latest Update on Wesley Fofana's Transfer Saga to Chelsea

Chelsea Football Club and Leicester City have reached an agreement on a transfer fee for Wesley Fofana.

The Blues have seen their first three bids rejected by the foxes, however, both sides have reportedly agreed on a transfer fee for the defender. Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on his official Twitter account on Saturday, August 27th, 2022.

The transfer fee between both clubs is reportedly set to be £75 million ( add-ons included). Fofana was left out of the team's trip to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge ( today), Saturday, August 27th, 2022.

If the deal comes through before the end of the transfer window then Trevoh Chalobah might leave the Blues on loan so that he could get more playing time.
