Xavi Hernandez Gives an Update on Antoine Griezmann's Future

Barcelona's manager, Xavi Hernandez has reacted to the news making the media that Antoine Griezmann will join Atletico Madrid.

The Spaniard confirmed the news that both clubs have reached an agreement for the signing of the player. The French player who is currently on loan at the Madrid team is expected to complete his move during the January transfer window.

It's not official yet… but if there's an agreement, so we are all happy. I can only wish the player well.

Atletico is expected to pay Barcelona €20 million plus €4 million add-ons for the midfielder. The deal has been reached with Griezemann fot some weeks, and he completed his move from Barcelona with an option to buy included in the clause
