Women's World Cup 2023: Ebuka reacts to historic Australia vs Nigeria match

TV host Ebuka Obi Uchendu has reacted to the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 match, Australia vs Nigeria, which was played today.

The FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 has had everyone at the edge of their seats as the Super Falcons of Nigeria qualified for the competition. The Super Falcons were placed in group B alongside opponents such as Canada and Australia, who are the hosts and the Republic of Ireland.

Following the victory of the Super Falcons in the fixture Australia vs Nigeria, Ebuka took to his social media platform to share his thoughts on the match as well as the result of the fixture.

Nigeria came from a goal down to secure all three points, which took them to the top of the group B table with goals from Uchenna Kanu on the stroke of halftime, Osinachi Ohale in the 65th minute of the game and Asisat Oshoala in the 72nd minute of the game.

The TV host had been excited before the game kicked off, showing his support for the team, and with the result ending 2-3 in favour of the Super Falcons, Ebuka took to social media to congratulate them for an all-important victory.

Ebuka also thanked the Super Falcons for helping him show his daughters that women also play football on the biggest stage.
