It was a double sweep for Liverpool in January 2024, with Premier League award recognition as the Reds won the player and manager of the month award.

Liverpool's manager, Jurgen Klopp was named the winner of the manager of the month award following his impressive run for the Reds. This is the tenth time the German international will be named manager of the month but his first since May 2021.

Only Sir Alex Ferguson(27), Arsene Wenger and Pep Guardiola (11), have won the award more than Klopp. David Moyes has also won the award ten times.

Liverpool beat Newcastle United, AFC Bournemouth and Chelsea, scoring four goals in each victory to end January as league leaders. The German international topped a four-man shortlist that included Arsenal's Mikel Arteta, Luton Town's Rob Edwards and Manchester City's Pep Guardiola.
